New State Law Sharply Expands FMLA For New Hampshire Schools

In September 26, 2019. Governor Sununu signed into law a State budget (HB4) for the 2020-2021 fiscal year. Buried in the budget law is a provision that will increase the number of school district employees eligible for family and medical leave.
