Martha Kelley is a commercial law attorney who represents lending institutions and borrowers in corporate and commercial transactions, commercial real estate matters, and financing transactions. Martha first joined the firm in 1993, after practicing for a large firm in Atlanta, Georgia and small firm in Portland, Maine. She rejoined the firm in 2016.

While at the University of Maine School of Law, Martha served as the Managing Editor of the Maine Law Review, and was a legal writing and research instructor for first-year students. She was the recipient of a Sumner & Israel Bernstein Memorial Scholarship and at graduation received the Faculty Significant Achievement Award as well as the Commercial Law Award.
