Colleen has been focused on real estate-related issues for the majority of her thirty-plus years in practice. Within this practice area, she has represented a variety of clientele, such as: residential and commercial landowners, buyers and developers; small and large land conservation entities; various departments of the State of Maine; and large multinational commercial lenders. In whatever context the real estate matter may present itself, Colleen's goal is to provide her clients with an excellent result, assuring that her clients have a positive experience along the way.

In conjunction with this real estate practice, Colleen has developed expertise as a title attorney. She works with the firm's in-house title company, as well as other real estate, municipal law and probate practitioners in the firm, to assure that title-related issues presented by any particular piece of real estate are addressed.

Colleen looks forward to working with you on all projects relating to real estate, whether you are a buyer, seller, developer, lender, land conservation organization, or municipality.
