Cathryn (Cappy) C. Nunlist focuses her practice exclusively on assisting school districts with day-to-day legal issues, employment matters and union negotiations.  Before becoming of counsel with the firm of Gardner Fulton & Waugh in 2015, she had served as a law clerk in the Vermont trial courts, taught at Vermont Law School both full-time and part-time, and practiced, primarily in the fields of school, family and employment law, at the law firm of Stebbins Bradley in Hanover, New Hampshire. Cappy received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Brown University and her law degree from Vermont Law School (summa cum laude).  She is licensed to practice law in New Hampshire and Vermont state and federal courts and at the U.S. Supreme Court.
