Kellie is a member of Drummond Woodsum’s Bankruptcy, Restructuring & Creditors’ Rights group.  She regularly represents secured and unsecured creditors, bondholders, official and ad hoc committees of creditors and equity holders, and litigation trustees in Chapter 11 cases and other restructuring transactions.  Kellie’s experience includes all aspects of the restructuring process, including DIP lending, plan negotiation and drafting, section 363 sales, adversary proceedings and contested matters, and fraudulent conveyance and preference litigation. 

Prior to joining Drummond Woodsum, Kellie was a restructuring associate at an international law firm in Boston.
