Steven is a member of Drummond Woodsum’s Municipal Group. Steven provides counseling to cities and towns on a range of issues, including zoning and land use matters, issues involving public utilities, town governance as well as annual town meetings, right to know law, and contract review and drafting.  Steven commonly represents municipal clients in New Hampshire District, Superior, and Supreme Courts, as well as state administrative agencies.  Steven has been exclusively representing New Hampshire municipal clients since 2011.  
 
Prior to joining Drummond Woodsum, Steven practiced law at a boutique firm focused exclusively on municipal clients, and prior to that at a small land use/zoning law firm serving both private and municipal clients.
