Dee is an Associate Attorney in the Business Services Group. Her practice is centered on transactional tax law. Prior to joining Drummond Woodsum, Dee worked at a boutique law firm in Boston where she advised clients on their federal tax matters, helped clients understand how their business structures impacted their companies’ tax burdens, and assisted in the negotiation of tax aspects of business deals.

Dee also advises individuals and businesses with international tax concerns – whether based on residence, citizenship, or business activities. Dee’s early career experience in the International Tax group of a “big four” accounting firm helped her gain the necessary experience to help clients understand and comply with the the particularly complex tax requirements for cross-border matters.

Dee is a graduate of Boston University School of Law, where she completed both her J.D. and her LL.M. in Taxation in three years through a dual degree program. While at Boston University School of Law, Dee served as an editor on the Boston University International Law Journal.
