Meghan Glynn is a member of the School and Education Group, where her practice focuses in the areas of general school law, school employment and labor law, and school board governance.
As part of Drummond Woodsum’s school group Meghan helps clients in all aspects of school law, including student discipline, student rights, policy development and implementation, investigations, and annual school district meetings. Specifically, Meghan advises school boards and superintendents on issues surrounding collective bargaining and employee discipline, Title IX and sex discrimination, student bullying and harassment, student discipline and due process, and district compliance with New Hampshire’s Right to Know law. Meghan provides trainings on bullying, Title IX, and effective employee investigations.
Meghan represents public employers at the collective bargaining table, in grievance and arbitration proceedings and before the State Board. Additionally, she is admitted to practice in state and federal court in New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
Meghan is a presenter at Drummond Woodsum’s Annual New Hampshire Principals Academy, which is a two-day intensive seminar designed specifically for school district administrators. Meghan has presented at the Bradley F. Kidder Education Law Conference every year since 2016.
Meghan is the Secretary of the New Hampshire Minimum Continuing Legal Education Committee and serves as pro bono counsel to numerous organizations on the Seacoast that support students and education. Meghan is a 2012 graduate from Northeastern University School of Law. While in law school, Meghan was an Articles Editor for the Northeastern University Law Journal.
