Reid Hayton-Hull is a member of the firm’s Business Services Group.  She focuses her practice on commercial transactions and commercial real estate.  She represents individuals, businesses, municipalities, and tribes in matters involving business acquisitions and sales, business start-ups and formations, commercial financing, secured transactions, and the purchase, sale, financing, leasing, and development of commercial real estate.  Reid is also a member of the firm’s Regulated Substances practice, advising clients in the cannabis sector on transactional and permitting matters. 
 
Prior to joining Drummond Woodsum in 2016, Reid spent more than five years at a family practice honing her skills in real estate and the prosecution and defense of a wide variety of civil and probate matters. She has worked in the Maine Judicial Branch, overseeing the volunteer Guardian ad Litem program for protective custody cases (CASA).
 
She is an honors graduate of Carleton College and of the University Of Maine School Of Law. She is admitted to practice in Maine and Massachusetts. While at Maine Law, Reid served as a Bernstein Fellow to the Honorable John Beliveau of the Lewiston District Court, a co-chair of the Women’s Law Association, an articles editor on the Maine Law Review and a student attorney at the Cumberland Legal Aid Clinic.
