Emily Howe is a member of the firm's Trial Services Group and represents public and private entities in both state and federal court as well as administrative agencies. Emily represents clients in a wide range of civil litigation matters, involving commercial litigation, employment litigation, real estate disputes, school law, insurance defense, and organic licensing. Emily has experience in all aspects of litigation, from presuit settlement, discovery, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, witness preparation, trials, to enforcement of judgments.

Emily’s practice also includes representing Environment and Natural Resource clients with licensing and compliance issues before administrative agencies. 

Emily graduated from the University of Notre Dame Law School in 2016 and earned a Bachelor’s degree from Boston College, summa cum laude. While in law school, Emily completed a judicial internship with the Honorable Peter W. Hall of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit in Rutland, VT and New York City. She also served as an articles editor of the Journal of College and University Law published by the Notre Dame Law School and the National Association of College and University Attorneys.
