Matthew Serge is a member of the Municipal Group advising towns and cities on a wide range of issues including: land use matters, zoning enforcement actions, right to know law, welfare assistance, and general government relations. Matt represents clients before both state and federal trial and appellate courts, and administrative boards.
Before entering private practice, Matt clerked for The Honorable Linda S. Dalianias at the New Hampshire Supreme Court and prior to that he clerked for the justices of the New Hampshire Superior Court. Matt is a graduate of New England Law School in Boston where he graduated first in his class and served as Executive Editor for the New England Law Review.
Matt has written and lectured on various municipal topics, and has been recognized since 2011 as a "Rising Star" in Government/Cities/Municipalities by New England SuperLawyers.
