Tom Trenholm counsels private and public employers in all aspects of employment and labor law. His current practice is focused on bargaining labor agreements for public and private employers in Maine and New Hampshire and helping them resolve employee grievances. In addition to addressing labor relations issues, Tom also advises and advocates for employers confronted with employee leave and discrimination/retaliation issues.

Tom frequently presents at events for public school superintendents and administrators in Maine and New Hampshire and provides customized training and seminars to employers on various employment issues.
