Penny Wheeler-Abbott is a non-lawyer Policy and Human Resources Consultant who joined the firm in 2012. Penny’s practice focuses on policy and human resource issues for our public and private sector clients. In addition, Penny provides staff and student training on a wide variety of issues for our school clients.

Penny joins the firm after 17 years as a teacher and a school administrator in Southern Maine. She has extensive experience in dealing with employee, student and education issues of all kinds.
