Please join Drummond Woodsum’s Meghan Glynn and Allen Kropp for an important webinar to discuss the U.S. Department of Education’s new Title IX regulations regarding sexual harassment in K-12 schools. These regulations will take effect on August 14, 2020, and will have a significant impact on schools across New Hampshire.

The webinar will cover:
  • What has changed in the new Title IX regulations and how schools are required to respond to sexual harassment;
  • The significant policy implications of the new regulations; and
  • Tips on steps schools can take to effectively implement all of the newly required changes in their schools
Please be aware that in addition to this webinar, Drummond Woodsum is developing an in-depth training for Title IX Coordinators and other materials that will help schools comply with the new regulations. A virtual training will be scheduled later in the summer to ensure Title IX Coordinators have a clear understanding of their obligations in time for the upcoming school year.

If you have questions and wish to discuss how the new regulations will impact your district, members of our School Law Group are always available to discuss your district’s sexual harassment policies, communication and staff training needs, or to answer any questions about the new regulations and its implications.
