DRUMMOND WOODSUM WELCOMES THREE NEW ATTORNEYS TO THE FIRM

The firm continues to grow as we welcome three new attorneys here at Drummond Woodsum.
Erin Feltes is a new member of the Public Sector Group specializing in school law. Prior to attending the University of New Hampshire School of Law, Erin worked in higher education and earned a Master's in Education from Colorado State University. Erin will be practicing out of our Portsmouth, NH office.
Kimberly Pacelli is working in the Portland office with several practice groups: Trial Services, Business Services and Public Sector. Prior to attending law school, Kim received her BA from Bowdoin College and a Master's in Education from Harvard. She served as Director of Bowdoin's Office of Residential Life and as Assistant Director of Legislation for the Advisory Committee on Student Financial Assistance, U.S. Department of Education.
Rodney A. Lake practices tax law in the Portland office, focusing primarily on structuring business transactions, advising nonprofit entitles, and resolving tax controversies. Rodney's experience encompasses both domestic and international taxation, including cross-border transactions. He counsels tax-exempt borrowers on the issuance of tax-exempt debt.
