Our New Hampshire office continues to grow in both numbers and depth as three new members joined on April 1.
Mark Broth is a new member of the firm's Labor and Employment Group. He comes to Drummond Woodsum after serving as Chair of Devine Millimet's Labor, Employment and Employee Benefits Practice Group. His practice focuses on the representation of private and public employers in all aspects of the employer-employee relationship. In addition, he offers training programs on a variety of employment law topics, including sexual harassment, employment discrimination, workplace investigations, employee discipline, collective bargaining and union relations.
Also joining the firm's Labor and Employment Group is Laurel (Van Buskirk) McClead. Her practice is focused on the representation of public and private employers in all aspects of employment law. Among other things, she works with employers to manage risks related to the employer-employee relationship.
Steve Jakubowski has also joined the firm as a non-lawyer Labor Relations Consultant with over 20 years of experience in negotiating collective bargaining agreements and grievance and arbitration proceedings. Steve negotiates collective bargaining agreements on behalf of municipalities for a wide range of public sector employees. He has negotiated police, fire and public works agreements, as well as other municipal bargaining units.
