STUDENTS WHO POSE A THREAT OF SELF-HARM: WHAT CAN INSTITUTIONS DO?

February 8, 2018

Drummond Woodsum's Higher Education Group invites you to a complimentary Lunch and Learn on February 8. We hope you will join us for a light lunch and to listen to an important live webinar presented by the National Association of College and University Attorneys (NACUA) entitled, "Students Who Pose a Threat of Self-Harm: What Can Institutions Do?" The webinar will discuss the latest guidance from OCR on the legal requirements of the ADA and Section 504 and the agency's enforcement approach to these cases, and will provide suggestions for how institutions can prepare for and address threats of self-harm by students.

Following the webinar, Drummond Woodsum's Jeanne KincaidAllen Kropp, and Kim Pacelli will facilitate a roundtable discussion among our attendees regarding their experiences and challenges in keeping students safe.
