Drummond Woodsum is pleased to announce that Peter Felmly will lead the firm's School and Local Government Practice Group. As Practice Group leader, Mr. Felmly assumes responsibility for one of the largest school law practices in the country. Peter will also continue to provide counsel to private sector employers and public schools in all aspects of labor, employment and school law.

Mr. Felmly received his undergraduate degree from Colby College and his law degree from the University of Maine School of Law. He currently serves as Co-Chair of the Labor and Employment Section of the Maine State Bar Association. He is also a co-author of Maine School Law (4th, 5th, and 6th editions) and served as Editor for the most recent edition of Maine School Law and Practice for Board Members.
