Drummond Woodsum is pleased to announce the addition of Kellie Fisher to our Bankruptcy, Restructuring & Creditors’ Rights practice. Kellie’s practice will focus on complex restructuring and bankruptcy matters and related litigation. Kellie is experienced in all aspects of the restructuring process, including DIP lending, plan negotiation and drafting, section 363 sale processes, adversary proceedings and contested matters, and fraudulent conveyance and preference litigation.

Prior to joining Drummond Woodsum, Kellie was a restructuring associate at an international law firm in Boston. Kellie earned her Juris Doctor from the Boston College School of Law and bachelors from Colby College.
