From the South:

Take the Maine Turnpike to Exit 44, I-295 to Portland. Follow I-295 North and take Exit 7, Franklin Street, staying in the right lane. At the light, merge onto Franklin Street, and at the next light, take a right onto Marginal Way. The building is the green panel and brick 10 story building on the corner of Marginal Way and Preble Street (84 Marginal Way). As you approach the building, the entrance to the parking garage is on the right before you reach Preble Street. Enter the parking garage, proceed to the third level (P-3) and follow the signs to Drummond Woodsum Client and Guest Parking which is located adjacent to the main lobby entrance. Enter the lobby and take the elevator to the 6th floor. (See diagram below.)

Note: If you happen to pass the Marginal Way entrance to the garage, take a right at the light onto Preble Street and then take your first right (before the overpass) into the Preble Street entrance to parking garage. Then proceed to the third level as stated above.

From the North:

(1) Take the Maine Turnpike Toll Road (I-95) South to Portland/Boston and take exit 52 towards I-295/Falmouth, US Rt. 1. Merge onto the Falmouth Spur and proceed through the toll booth. Take the US-1 South exit toward I-95 S/Falmouth/Portland. Turn slight right onto US 1. Turn slight right onto Bucknam Road, merge onto I-295 South and follow the directions below, beginning with "Take Exit 7, Franklin Street...."
OR
(2) Take I-95 (which becomes I-295) South to Portland. Take Exit 7, Franklin Street, staying in the right lane. At the light, merge onto Franklin Street, and at the next light, take a right onto Marginal Way. The building is the green panel and brick 10 story building on the corner of Marginal Way and Preble Street (84 Marginal Way). Traveling on Route I-95 from the North or South:

Driving North or South on Interstate 95, take Exit 5 (Spaulding Turnpike/US-4/Route 16) toward Newington/Dover. Merge onto Route 16 N/Spaulding Turnpike. Almost immediately, take Exit 1, Gosling Road, toward Pease International Tradeport. Left onto Gosling Road (becomes Pease Boulevard). Left onto International Drive. Go 1/2 mile to 100 International Drive on your right. Park anywhere in the lot (there are visitor spaces in front of the building) and take the elevator to the third floor. Drummond Woodsum's office is on your right as you exit the elevator.

Traveling from the Concord area:

Take US 202-E/Route 4 East to Route 4-E/Route 16-S/Spaulding Turnpike. Go 2.5 miles and take Exit 1, Gosling Road, toward Pease International Tradeport. Turn right onto Pease Boulevard. Turn left onto International Drive. Go 1/2 mile to 100 International Drive on the right. Park anywhere in the lot (the are visitor spaces in front of the building) and take the elevator to the third floor. Drummond Woodsum's office is on your right as you exit the elevator.
